176A Knollys Road, Streatham, London SW16 2JS was sold as Lot 1 in the 9th March 2009 Barnard Marcus auction for £76,500. This is a leasehold 1-bedroom flat, with kitchen and WC on the ground floor of a three floor house, divided into flats. It was repossesed by the Halifax.

No previous price information is available for flat A, but flat F was sold in October 2005 for £189,500.

In the Clive Emson auction of 20th February, 2009, lot 31 was a 2-bed mid-terraced house requiring total renovation sold for £57,000 although the Guide price was £60,000 to £65,000.
