Two Council Estate Flats at £17.5K and £16K

In the Barnard Marcus auction of 10th February, 2009 were two flats, on the same council estate that went for under £20K each.

Lot 91 – 25 Kenilworth Court, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE37 3DZ a 1-bed flat went for £17,500 It has previously sold in 2004 for £25,000

Lot 102 – 82 Collingwood Court, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE37 3ED a 1-bed flat went for £16,000 – It has sold in 2004 for £23,000
