Lot 146 in the 12th October 2009 Barnard Marcus auction was a 3-bed mid-terraced house in Nottingham, which sold for £41,000. In May 2007 it had sold for £77,000.

Lot 249 in the Allsop auction of 15th September, 2009 was 22 Lowry Crescent, Mitcham, Surrey CR4 3NP, a 2-bed terraced house was sold by the housing association Riverside Group for £145,000.

In 2008, Riverside sold at auction another of their Mitcham properties for £170,000.

Southampton 6th floor 2-bed flat sells for £47K

Lot 10 in the Fox and Sons auction on 15th Sept 2009 was a 2 bedroom flat in Southampton with a 125-year lease from 1982. It sold for £47,000.
