Flat 0/7 : Reserve price was £105,000. Rented at £575 per calender month.

Flat 0/8 : Reserve was £88,000.

Flat 0/9 : Reserve was £89,000.

Flat 0/21 : Reserve was £88,000

Flat 2/11 : Reserve was £94,000.

Flat 2/35 : Reserve was £88,000.

Flat 3/39 : Reserve was £88,000.

Flat 4/45 : Reserve was £90,000.
