Lot 146 in the 12th October 2009 Barnard Marcus auction was a 3-bed mid-terraced house in Nottingham, which sold for £41,000. In May 2007 it had sold for £77,000.

Grimsby 2-bed semi starting bid £1K – sells for £29K

Lot 91 in the Barnard Marcus auction of 29th June 2009 was a 2-bed fire-damaged semi with the bids starting at £1,000 and sold for £29,000.

1-bed Streatham flat for £76,500

176A Knollys Road, Streatham, London SW16 2JS was sold as Lot 1 in the 9th March 2009 Barnard Marcus auction for £76,500. This is a leasehold 1-bedroom flat, with kitchen and WC on the ground floor of a three floor house, divided into flats. It was repossesed by the Halifax.

No previous price information is available for flat A, but flat F was sold in October 2005 for £189,500.

Two Council Estate Flats at £17.5K and £16K
