Failed to sell as lot 60 in the 8th December, 2011 auction by Andrews and Robertson. The last bid was £19,000. It had previously sold for £29,000 in 2009.

Flat 17 as lot 61 in the same auction also failed to sell, and the last bid was £21,000. It had previously sold for £23,000 in 2009.

Other flats in this building that were sold at previous auctions include
flat 3 which sold for £23,000 in 2010 and flat 9 which sold for £29,500 in 2008.
